I have a 2017 with touch bar with a main monitor of LG 5K.And I want to add + and connect them to LG 3440x1440 display.I am running bootcamp windows on external SSD.I connect the LG 5K to the mac and through it I get all my peripherals as well as the external SSD.Once windows loads up, and I connect the eGPU, it takes a couple of minutes for it to recognise the eGPU, and it does. The device manager even identify the eGPU and shows. But after a few more seconds, the system hangs, and a windows crash error shows up (applespidevice.sys, IRQL error, and thread error, not limited to just one error). I tried either side, it does the same thing.I'm just trying to figure out what is going on and what I'm doing wrong. I see people here talk about plug and play. Doesn't plug nor play 🙁I don't want to lose the option to connect the LG to the alongside the eGPU. You should boot holding the option key from the ssd, plug in the egpu, wait for the egpu to power up and light up, then select windows from the boot menu. If you get the insufficient resources error, disable the igpu or dgpu.

Hey guys I'm new here and I have a huge issue with pd extended. I have been using pd vanilla in my classes for the past year and we are asked to use the extended version for some of our projects later down the line.

So I've installed pd extended 0.43.4 (we're specifically asked to use this version and nothing else.) and its never worked quite as well as the vanilla version. It was constantly crashing when I tried to opened it from the start.

After googling around I found that my 'hosts' file was wrong or something.? I deleted it and made a new one in the terminal (followed some bog on how to do it) while also following multiple other steps from the first page of a google search 'Pd extended doesn't open'. Some how Pd extended worked perfectly for about a day!

If you need to run Windows or Windows apps on your Mac, the answer is still yes, with caveats. Over 13 years and 15 editions, Parallels has grown increasingly slick and stable. Whether you need to run Windows programs that don’t have Mac versions, or you're making the switch from PC to Mac and need to transfer your data, Parallels Desktop has you covered. Seamless Use Windows side by side with macOS ® (no restarting required) on your MacBook ®, MacBook Pro ®, iMac ®, iMac Pro ®, Mac mini ®, or Mac Pro ®. Microsoft office professional plus 2010 activator.

Then I changed the audio setting to have my Interface as an output and just like magic, it died again. I have now had multiple fresh installs of it and it still breaks upon opening.

Any ideas on how to fix the issue? Or to at lest find out what the issue is?

Cheers!

Ps. sorry if anything I'm posting isn't clear, its 8am and I haven't had my coffee yet..
